So Relaxed Massage

I'm pretty sure the lady who did my massage, was new... AT MASSAGING. I mean come on people. How about some basic training? I realize some won't be professionals out of the gate. But, this lady seemed to be TRYING to hit bones and make it uncomfortable. Also she stayed on ONE area on my right side shoulder blade for like 10 minutes total. I kept "asking" (moving her hand) her to move around and go slower. But she kept returning to that place. If they would just TRAIN the ladies to feel the MUSCLES, not just be all willy-nilly. Also use SYSTEMATIC and slower movements.

Highly recommend this local gem in Choctaw! This massage studio has that low-key, small-town charm you’d expect in the Choctaw Plaza—but don’t let the relaxed vibe fool you. The massages here are incredibly effective for relieving pain, tension, or those “I-need-help-now” moments. I’ve always been able to book within 24 hours, which is such a lifesaver. The massage style is fast-paced and focused, using pressing and kneading motions with deep, fascia-level pressure—the “hurt so good” kind that melts away knots and gets real results. Pressure is always checked and adjusted as needed. She often includes hip and lower-back stretching, and it’s not uncommon to leave with some satisfying pops and noticeably improved mobility. Prices are very affordable for the quality and results you get. It’s not the place to drift off into a spa nap—it’s the place to get the job done: improve circulation, release tension, and leave feeling lighter and looser. Because it’s a small, hands-on business, you might notice the occasional phone call or quick interruption as they manage clients and bookings—but it’s always handled professionally and never takes away from the experience. If you’re looking for a great therapeutic massage that delivers fast relief and real results, this is absolutely your spot.

Ms Shirley was my therapist. Can’t speak highly enough about her. From the beginning she was kind and explained what I needed to do. And when we started she asked me soft medium or hard. Very attentive. AMAZING STRENGTH! I feel so much better. I had some knots and really sore spots and she made sure when she hit those areas that I was comfortable. I will definitely go back. The price is affordable too.
